Term of Acceptance

When making your application, making the payment or intending to participate on DanzaMedicina’s events, you declare that you have read, agreed and will comply with all of the terms, guidelines, rules and conditions presented by DanzaMedicina, its employees, representatives, agents or volunteers, including but not limited to the indicated below:

GENERAL PROVISIONS

a) The activities proposed are intended to promote self-knowledge, not being able to replace or complement any diagnostics, treatments, therapies, medication, cure or prevention of diseases

b) The participant must respect the indications, instructions and warnings given by DanzaMedicina and its duly authorized representatives, during all the activities to be developed, under penalty of being removed from the activity

c) Is considered part of this Term of Acceptance the Application form and health conditions available at danzamedicina.net/registration-form

d) This Term replaces any other verbal or written understandings between the parties regarding the object of this agreement

HEALTH CONDITIONS

a) The participant must be responsible for their physical integrity, acting with security, responsibility and good sense

b) The participant shall complete the Application Form correctly and respect DanzaMedicina's guidelines to ensure your participation in the event in a healthy and safe way

c) The participant is responsible for its medical conditions, especially regarding to chronic and pre-existing diseases reported or not in the Application Form

d) The participant may not make use of illegal substances or drugs not declared in the Application Form during the event

e) The participant must communicate the organization in advance about health conditions that require differential treatment in food, to verify the possibility of adequacy of meals

f) The participant declares to be aware that, because of the location of the event, medical attention may not be available

g) The participant authorizes that, in case of need, DanzaMedicina or its nominees, take the suitable first-aid measures or refer it to the nearest health institution, when medical assistance is available

h) The participant agrees to comply with all rules related to security of the place of event

i) DanzaMedicina will not be responsible for any damages or accidents that result from voluntary, negligent or reckless action or omission

j) If the participant decides, of its own free will, to leave the event before the end, it must inform the organization in advance, being aware that DanzaMedicina is not responsible for any damages to the physical or psychological integrity resulting from this exit 

COPYRIGHT

a) The participant authorizes the free use by DanzaMedicina of all audiovisual material produced during the event that contains its image and sound, as well as authorizes the assignment of these rights by Danzamedicina, at its discretion

b) The participant cannot use the images produced during the event for commercial, advertising or publicity purposes of its work or of third parties. Also, is not authorized to sell, transfer, license, sublicense, give, use or permit to use the images to any other part or in any media article, periodicals, video, blog, publicity or promotional material, except with the previous and expressed consent of DanzaMedicina, under penalty of indemnity for moral and property damages

c) The participant agrees that it will not write or provide information about the event and its activities, including but not limited to articles in periodicals, personal blogs or books without the prior written permission of DanzaMedicina, under penalty of indemnity for moral and property damages

PARTICIPANT'S COMMITMENTS

a) It is the participant's responsibility to bring and store her personal belongings. DanzaMedicina is not responsible for objects or amounts lost, damaged or forgotten

b) The participant undertakes to remain with the group from the beginning until the end of the event, even when not actively participating in the proposed activities

c) The participant will immediately inform DanzaMedicina or to the organization, of any conduct or conditions that endanger others or itself

d) The participant must fill in correctly fill in all the Application Form. The participant declares that the information provided there is true. DanzaMedicina is not responsible for the consequences of providing false or inaccurate information

e) The participant acknowledges that DanzaMedicina has the authority to terminate its participation in the event if it is considered a danger to others or to itself

FINANCIAL POLICY

a) The participation in the event may be revoked without notice at any time if any of these conditions are not fulfilled by the participant, and Danzamedicina is authorized to use the legal means to remove the participant, without the right to any refund, and your participation may be denied at the next events held by Danzamedicina

b) The participant release, waive and discharge DanzaMedicina from any and all liability, claim, indemnity, demand, costs or cause of action for any injuries, damages or death resulting from participation in the event or from the use of the property that will receive the event

c) Return policy in case of cancellation requested by the participant: cancellation, no show or withdrawal during the event, there will be no refund. The vacancy is transferable as long as communicated to DanzaMedicina team prior to the start of the event

d) Return policy in case of unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure: neither party will be held responsible. (i) The participant may request a refund of 100% (one hundred percent) of the amount in up to 10 (ten) calendar days after the official announcement of cancellation by DanzaMedicina or after official announcement of a new date for the event. The announcements will be made through the email informed in the Application Form; (ii) After the 10-day term, the will be applied the “Return policy in case of cancellation requested by the participant”, according to item “c” above; (iii) If it occurs after the start of the event: there will be no refund, but an option to reschedule the dates or offer an alternative service, proportional to the damages incurred by each party. In no event will DanzaMedicina cover any administrative costs, fees, charges, tickets, accommodation or food resulting from unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure. In either case, the vacancy is transferable as long as communicated to the DanzaMedicina prior to the start date of the activities.
