A journey to explore the singularity of the wild, worshiping nature as a ritualistic territory to summon and reconnect with the knowledge of the body. An experimental practice for women that understands dance and movement as a somatic narrative, invoking a body that creates positive ruptures, visits new subjectivities, and affects and is affected by sensibilities that encourage new ways of living.

DanzaMedicina is an act against the collective anesthesia, the silencing of our instincts, the plasticization of our senses, the suppression of our visceral forces, and the normalization of our bodies. By working against the current times of disconnection, exhaustion and superficialities, DanzaMedicina reminds us to embody what we should never ever forget.

This is an experimental practice of dance, healing movement, and body psychotherapy that offers an opportunity to recover our lost ancestral fragments while we surrender to the authenticity and spontaneity of the self. It’s an invitation for women to remove their masks, face their fears and embrace their shadows, towards their wild and sacred feminine essence.

Un voyage pour explorer la singularité de la nature sauvage, vénérant la nature comme un territoire rituel pour convoquer et renouer avec la connaissance du corps. Il s’agit d’une pratique expérimentale destinée aux femmes qui comprend la danse et le mouvement comme un récit somatique, invoquant un corps qui crée des ruptures positives, visite de nouvelles subjectivités et est affectée par des sensibilités qui encouragent de nouvelles façons de vivre.

DanzaMedicina est un acte contre l'anesthésie collective, la réduction au silence de nos instincts, la plastification de nos sens, la suppression de nos forces viscérales et la normalisation de notre corps. En luttant contre les temps actuels de déconnexion, d'épuisement et de superficialité, DanzaMedicina nous rappelle d'incarner ce que nous ne devrions jamais oublier.

Il s'agit d'une pratique expérimentale de danse, de mouvements de guérison et de psychothérapie corporelle qui offre l'opportunité de récupérer nos fragments ancestraux perdus tout en nous abandonnant à l'authenticité et à la spontanéité de soi. C’est une invitation aux femmes à retirer leurs masques, à affronter leurs peurs et à embrasser leurs ombres, vers leur essence féminine, sauvage et sacrée.

Morena Cardoso est psychothérapeute corporelle, féministe - antiraciste, anticapitaliste. Mère de six enfants (deux naissances), écrivain - auteur du « Manifesto Crisálida » et de « La Fille qui est devenue Lune » (traduit en quatre langues différentes), master en psychologie clinique. Morena partage sa méthode expérimentale DanzaMedicina depuis plus d'une décennie, dans une douzaine de pays, avec plus de 600 étudiants dans des ateliers et retraites sur place et 5 000 autres participants dans des cours virtuels - responsabiliser, inciter et régénérer les femmes, à travers des tissages entre la danse. , art, révolution, transgression et poésie.

Morena Cardoso is a body-psychotherapist, feminist anti-racist, anti-capitalist. Mother of six (two births), writer - author of “Manifesto Crisálida” and “The Girl who became Moon” (translated in four different languages), master on Clinical Psychology postgrad school. Morena has been sharing her experimental DanzaMedicina method for over a decade, in a dozen countries, with more than 600 students in on-site workshops and retreats and other 5 thousand participants on virtual courses - empowering, instigating and regenerating women, through weavings between dance, art, revolution, transgression and poetry.
